My thoughts on Jewelry

As I grew older, I started to value quality jewelry and see the change it brings to the whole look. Personally, I like pieces that look timeless, classy and sophisticated. I prefer matching jewelry by color, so if I am wearing a white rhodium necklace, the bracelet and the earrings has to be the same color.

When it comes to choosing between gold and white jewelry, I tend to choose gold sets for casual outings, and I find that gold looks especially good when wearing red, brown and green. As for white jewelry, I find that it looks more appropriate for fancy dinners, dates …etc. I pair white sets with grey, pink, purple, and blue. I find black and white colors in outfits versatile as they match perfectly with both gold and white jewelry.

If I want to wear earrings with a necklace, I go for small ones, even though I personally prefer wearing the necklace by its own especially if it is a statement piece. If I am wearing big earrings, then I don’t wear any necklace, just a bracelet maybe.
