How to deal with failure
Each one of us has already experienced failure in some kind of way, it can be as small as one thing you set your mind into and failed to accomplish, and as big as losing a professional career. Everybody deals with this differently, some take it as a motivation as it should be, others don’t know how to cope, and it takes them a long time to bounce back.
Failure is particularly hard, because you feel like you invested a lot into something, either materially or emotionally or both, and not seeing results makes you question yourself and your abilities.
It is important to know that life is a compilation of experiences, not everything that you will start is for you. You may feel like without that one thing, you will not be able to be happy, and that your life will collapse. At that exact moment, you are so blinded by it that you are unable to see other perspectives, and it is totally normal to feel lost. You must know that in order to fit in a role like a puzzle, you will go through struggles, and those struggles are exactly what you need to find yourself and actually know what you are not meant to do, or what is simply not for you.
When you finally find that one thing that actually matters, you will automatically feel a sense of belonging. Once you are sure that this is exactly what you want, you then have to set an objective, keep it in mind, not let small failures keep you from moving forward, and keep trying. Once only you put your heart and soul into something, be sure that you will succeed, just keep giving it your all, and trust in your abilities and competences to become something BIG. Always remember, you attract the energy you exude … xx
