Best 5 nude lipsticks

I don’t know about you, but nude lips are my go-to, either for a casual everyday look or paired with a heavy eye look. However, nude lipsticks can be tricky and must be chosen wisely. Nude is relative of course, and each skin tone has a different shade considered nude. Here are some of my top picks that work on me, selected based on formula and how they sit on the lips:

NYX – Rome

This lipstick is my all-time favorite, it is matte but not drying, really long lasting and most importantly really cheap! Overall, any shade of this collection is amazing, you only have to choose what works for your skin tone.

BOBBI BROWN – Crushed lip color, Ruby

This one is also one of my favorites, the formula is creamy, while looking mate on the lips. Every shade of this collection is a perfect nude match for somebody, and it looks like your natural lips, but healthier.

BITE BEAUTY – Chai

I discovered this lipstick as a gift from Sephora, and now I swear by it! The formula is again creamy, but looks mate. It stays for a long time, and overall gives you a sexy looking mouth, name something better than that!

SEPHORA COLLECTION – Rouge Lacquer, Number 14 Visionary

For shinier lips, this nude color is perfect as it gives you the effect of a lip gloss, as well as fuller lips. I love the fact that when I don’t have time to do my makeup, I just grab this lipstick and it looks like I actually spent time on my lips by applying both lip gloss and lipstick, while all I had to do is a simple touch of that magic!

NARS – Velvet Matte lip pencil

Finally, this lip pencil is amazing! It has a big tip so it is not as frustrating to use, and allows to over-line the lips a little for a fuller look, while giving a natural looking effect. You can use it by itself, or add lipstick or lip gloss on top!
